Create a wish list
It’s important to understand your must-haves and nice-to-haves from location to type of home to features and amenities. When you prioritize your wish list, you can assess whether or not a potential property is a good fit for you.

Find your home
This is often the fun part! Review listings, tour properties, go to open houses. We’ll create a game plan and get out there to find your new home.

Make an offer
Putting together a creative offer is key to setting yourself apart from the competition. It’s here that we’ll discuss price, mortgage contingency, home inspection contingency, attorney approval, earnest money and a closing date.

Negotiate counteroffers
There’s often a counteroffer after an offer is submitted. My team and I will help you to process and potentially present back a strong and fair counteroffer.

Contract to closing
There are dozens of loose ends between going under contract and closing, and we’ll manage all of them! Over several weeks, we will deliver your earnest money, coordinate and attend an inspection, recommend a real estate attorney, source any important documents, recommend a mortgage lender, monitor all contingencies, schedule and attend a final inspection, and, of course, be there for all questions along the way!

Closing
We will work closely with you, your lender and your attorney to ensure a smooth closing.
